We do NOT cover lost or stolen packages, We highly recommend to include ROUTE Package Protection to cover any issue with your order during the shipping process.

• All Allure The Brand orders are shipped directly from the USA. If you are ordering outside of the USA, you may be susceptible to customs fees. Customs fees will be charged when the package reaches the destination country.

• If there is a package that's unable to deliver due to incorrect address, we will contact you if shipped back to us. The additional cost of delivery will be at the costumer’s expense. These orders will NOT be allowed to be canceled.

• Please note that the shipping total on the website does not include any additional customs fees that may be charged. The post office will contact you with the amount of the additional fees, if any.

• We have no control over customs and import taxes, neither can we give you a price or even an estimate as to what the charge will be. Please contact your local post office or local customs agency for more information.

• If you're unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

• As the customer, you are liable for all customs expenses such as customs and local sales taxes charged by the country you reside in. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs. Refuse to accept the package will cause additional charges to ship back and will be on customers expense.
