Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.
– NO REFUNDS (only store credits or exchanges)
– We do NOT cover lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to include ROUTE Package Protection to cover any issue with your order during the shipping process.
– If there is a package that's unable to deliver due to incorrect address, we will contact you if shipped back to us. The additional cost of delivery will be at the costumer’s expense. These orders will NOT be allowed to be canceled.
– All Allure The Brand orders are shipped directly from the USA. If you are ordering outside of the USA, you may be susceptible to customs fees. Customs fees will be charged when the package reaches the destination country.
– As the customer, you are liable for all customs expenses such as customs and local sales taxes charged by the country you reside in. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
– Please note that the total on the website does not include any additional customs fees that may be charged. The post office will contact you with the amount of the additional fees, if any.
– We have no control over customs and import taxes, neither can we give you a price or even an estimate as to what the charge will be. Please contact your local post office or local customs agency for more information.
