- NO REFUNDS (only store credits or exchanges)
- We do NOT cover lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to include ROUTE package protection on all orders.
– International orders will have a custom fees that customer is responsible for.
– If there is a package that's unable to deliver due to incorrect address, we will contact you if shipped back to us. The additional cost of delivery will be at the costumer’s expense. These orders will NOT be allowed to be canceled.
You will receive an email with your tracking number and order information once your order has been shipped. Allow 24 hours of receiving your email to allow you’re tracking information to be updated.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (DUTIES AND TAXES NOT INCLUDED)
Standard Service: it could take from 2 to 6 weeks or even more depending on the destination (prices vary). It also depends on the time the local customs takes to clear the package. If your local customs takes longer, your package will take longer to arrive.

Duties and Customs charges vary from country to country and it is the buyer's responsibility to understand the fees and charges from your custom. If the package is rejected by the buyer because of the duties and customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and return postage to receive a refund. If the buyer chooses to refuse and abandon the order, a refund will not be provided.
